GRIEVANCES CELL:

                
  For redressal of the Grievances of rural people of the State. The Department of Rural
  Development has designated the :

(i)  Addl.Secretary to the Govt. of Nagaland, Rural Development and,

(ii) Director, Rural Development, as public Grievances Officers at the Govt. and Directorate 
     level respectively.

To ensure transparency of the activities of the department of Rural Development, the 
following measures are adopted.

1.      Publication of household allocation of all schemes to all VDBs;
2.      Funds are placed directly into the VDBs account ;
3.      Scheme are selected through Open Public General Meeting of the Village ;
4.      Display of all Schemes implemented at the site of the implementation, indicating 
        the name of Scheme
